Michael has been in the industry for six years, two of which were strictly as an owner’s representative for a school district in South Texas. Through this experience, Michael gained extensive knowledge of owner’s expectations and the AIA documentation. The remaining years were working for a global design firm focusing primarily on education. This gave Michael exposure to projects ranging in size and scale. While he is educationally trained in Architecture, he has also led many interior design efforts, allowing Michael to take an extremely informed and well-rounded approach to any project.
Inspired to become an architect while watching the Brady Bunch, Michael dove into the profession with a quick wit and solid work ethic. He appreciates all the eccentric personalities in our profession, and does a great job making us all laugh as well. When Michael takes break from work or studying for his licensing exams, he heads for the cheesy, greasy perfection of Taco Palenque and then follows with a tasty beverage any place that’s 4.5 Stars and 2-dollar signs on Yelp.
