The Summit at Lantana is an 875,000 square foot corporate campus originally designed by GSC, for a large scale international technology company. The campus consists of four office buildings, one amenity building and three parking garages. The primary function of this campus recently changed from a single-tenant campus to a multi-tenant campus, housing multiple technology companies. With this transition, a more dense open office environment became a necessity. The open office environment itself created a number of challenges, not only for the design team, but also for those who are housed in the space. The office culture and amenities became increasingly important to promote recruiting, office productivity and team collaboration. By setting forth a variety of spaces, the individual can choose the setting in which they are most productive.
