The 34-acre mixed-use Garza Ranch development, which is located on Ben Garza Lane near the northeast corner of the William Cannon Drive and MoPac intersection in South Austin. Brandywine Realty Trust, the project’s landlord and developer, partnered with SHI International to house their new headquarters on-site. GSC Architects was an integral part of the master planning stage, working together with Brandywine and SHI to design an office building and parking garage that would best suit the client and Garza Ranch.

SHI blue and white on the outside, the building is a modern combination of copious amounts of daylight, green hill country views, open office space, and carefully chosen materials in one organic, flowing 250,000 SF office building.
