Access to a 1,300 space parking garage from the building is via a steel-framed bridge which spans a natural area and provides outdoor amenity space. The client wanted a facility that would complete the build out of this office complex and make the most of the site’s topography, maximize views to the hill country and blend with the existing office park’s design aesthetic while providing a modern Class A office space.
