GSC was commissioned by the new owner to renovate / re-purpose an existing office/ manufacturing building on a large undeveloped site centered in the tech corridor of North Austin. The existing building is located outside of the Austin City limits with no zoning regulations, this allows for a quicker turn-around for permits of any usage. GSC’s scope includes integrating the existing building 275,000 SF building with development options for the 30 acres of undeveloped property for which multiple scenarios were produced and reviewed. The full scope will include roads, utilities and environmental features to support near term and long term development.
